Arzu, the scrumptious antique blue organza cape is a dream with voluminous ruffles around its neckline and sleeves. Underneath the cape comes a white column slip in embroidered organza and a pair of knife pleat wide legged pants. The cape and slip are made in pure organza and the pants are made in Korean raw silk.
